Focused Market Solutions, LLC, is an Atlanta based real estate advisory services firm committed to providing fundamental marketing support to banking, builder and developer clients. Services include market feasibility studies for new opportunities, product programming, price positioning, promotional oversight and support, strategic planning and corporate training.  The company mission is to provide sound strategic advice to clients based on thorough research, market knowledge, and extensive marketing and real estate experience throughout the Southeast.

Focused Market Solutions offers an array of services to assist clients in the evaluation of new and existing real estate opportunities utilizing the fundamental 4 P approach to marketing: Place, Price, Product and Promotion.  These fundamental marketing elements are the keys to success not only when planning a new community, but in developing effective marketing solutions for existing communities as well.

Lisa Brutvan, founder and president of Focused Market Solutions, has industry experience spanning more than 20 years, which includes a background in sales, construction, architecture, land acquisition, advertising, marketing and management. Ms. Brutvan is also the Qualifying Broker and President of Marksman Realty Services, LLC, an Atlanta based brokerage firm specializing in land transactions.

Prior to starting her own company in January of 2000, Ms. Brutvan was employed for eight years by Torrey Homes, Inc., which was acquired by D.R. Horton, Inc., in 1997.  During her tenure at Torrey Homes, in the capacity of Regional Vice President of Marketing and Product Development, Ms. Brutvan was instrumental in the growth of that company from 159 homes per year in a single market to over 4,300 homes per year in 15 markets throughout the Southeast.  In 1996, the National Sales & Marketing Council of the NAHB named Ms. Brutvan Marketing Director of the Year for Region XIII.
