Competitive Market Analysis. A field based analysis of all relevant competitors within the competitive polygon area, including regression charting of square footage and price positioning adjusted for finish, amenities, location, community aesthetics and incentives offered

Price Positioning/Quintile Pricing Analysis. A pricing analysis of the competitive polygon area to determine optimal pricing strategies and identify the relative affordability of the submarket

Product Programming. An evaluation of the available product for a proposed site and the development of architectural platforms for any additional product to be produced.
